All content on this Website, and all coaching sessions, Lab & Supplement Reviews, PDF Guides, emails, social media posts, and other materials provided by Luravita, are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Luravita is owned and operated by Karla, a Certified Health Coach and Licensed Esthetician. Karla is not a medical doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, pharmacist, or registered dietitian. Luravita does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and does not prescribe, adjust, or discontinue medication.
Always talk with your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, supplements, medications, or exercise, and before acting on anything you read on this Website or receive from Luravita. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you learned here.

03No provider relationship
Using this Website or purchasing a Luravita service does not create a doctor-patient, nurse-patient, or other licensed healthcare provider relationship. Coaching and reviews are educational and supportive in nature and are intended to work alongside, not replace, the care you receive from your own healthcare providers.
04Services, results, and assumption of risk
Luravita offers individual coaching, Lab & Supplement Reviews, PDF Guides, and access to labs and supplements through third-party partners. These services are intended to support general wellness. Every body is different, and results vary from person to person. Luravita does not guarantee any specific outcome, and any testimonials or examples shared are not a promise of results.
By using our services, you understand that changes to nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle carry some risk, you voluntarily accept those risks, and you take responsibility for the decisions you make with your healthcare provider.
05Coaching sessions
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes, held by video, and booked through our online scheduler. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. All sales are final, and sessions are non-refundable. Sessions missed without notice, or more than [15] minutes late, may be forfeited.
Sessions are not recorded unless both of us agree in advance.
06Lab & Supplement Reviews
A Lab & Supplement Review covers up to 30 pages of lab results. For the most useful review, labs should be no older than 60 days. Reports are typically delivered in about 72 hours after we receive your labs and information, though timing may vary.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including the supplements and medications you currently take and any relevant health conditions. A review is not a diagnosis, and its recommendations are educational. Please share your report with your healthcare provider before making changes.
07Labs, supplements, and third-party partners
Labs and supplements are ordered, paid for, fulfilled, and supported by Fullscript and the laboratories it works with. Those orders are subject to the terms, prices, shipping, and return policies of those third parties. Luravita is not responsible for third-party products, shipping, or lab processing. Lab testing may not be available in every state.
Luravita may share referrals to independent doctors and practitioners, including discount codes for our clients. These practitioners are independent of Luravita and are solely responsible for the care they provide. Their services are cash pay and are not covered by insurance. See our Disclosures for any financial relationships.
08Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By purchasing a product or service, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors, and Luravita does not store your full card details. Luravita services are cash pay and are not billed to insurance.
Digital products and services, including PDF Guides, Lab & Supplement Reviews, and coaching sessions, are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or cannot access a purchase, please email hello@luravita.com right away. See our refund policy for details.
09Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Luravita. Messages may include appointment reminders and scheduling updates, service and order updates, and, only if you separately opt in, occasional offers and news.

- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

10Email and electronic communications
By purchasing from Luravita or contacting us, you agree to receive transactional emails, such as receipts, download links, booking confirmations, and report delivery notices. Marketing emails are sent only if you subscribe, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You agree that agreements, notices, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
11Intellectual property
All content on this Website and in Luravita products, including text, guides, reports, graphics, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Luravita or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a PDF Guide or receive a report, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, publish, or modify any Luravita content without prior written permission.
12Acceptable use

- Post or send any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringing.
